Yes. We support customization, our professional mechanical designer will do the best to serve you.

4.What is your installation services?
User manual and videos are available to support for installation, debugging, operation of the machine.

5.How is your after-sales services?
1) More than 12 hours online service per day.
2) Engineers are available for service overseas. The expenses includes service fee 100 USD/day, VISA fee, round trip tickets abroad, board and lodging expenses, which are borne by customer.

6.What is your payment terms?
By T/T. 30% deposit, the balance would be paid off before delivery.

7.How to check the quality before delivery?
1) Before delivery, we will debug the machine to make sure it runs well and take photos and videos for you to check.
2) You can authorize a third-part quality inspection company for quality checking.
